Had extensive hail damage to my car. It took a looooong time to get my car in the shop, but the work done was worth it. They worked with my insurance company for all the bills, I just had to drop the car off. There was a slight hiccup with wiring not being hooked back up, but they addressed it right away working with the schedule i stated convenient.

I find it interesting that only the 5 star reviews are on here.. worst experience ever dealing with these people. They were nice the first meeting and I thought wow they really care. Back story... I was hit by someone and dealing with their insurance and Carstar was one of the repair shops under this insurance. Went in for the estimate....all good. Was told by Carstar I was not allowed to get a rental... I thought who are they to tell me, it's not up to them... so my husband called the insurance company and got us a rental that same day... Car star called me after this and was rude and upset and did not talk to me in any sort of respectful way... they were pissed that I got the rental and said they were talking me off the schedule.... not cool!! However, glad that happened because we went to HEARTLAND and they were amazing and got my car in right away and I had it back within 2 weeks they were helpful, polite, respectful .... I could not get into Car Star until May 13 and this incident happened beginning of April. So, Car star not cool! and I would suggest to anyone to look around before going with this company! I'm sure they have their own version to make them look good, but I know the truth . Never going to Car Star and will never suggest them to anyone! There is your google review Car Star. Now I'm going to go give Heartland a 5 star review.

Their customer service is always impeccable and the attention to detail they put into their work is impressive. Not only was my Land Rover looking 100% better, but when I picked it up the they had cleaned the inside and it smelled wonderful! I will continue to be a repeat customer of theirs. If you're looking for a trustworthy business for your car's needs- this is the place to go!

They did a great job.

We currently had to get a new mirror on the driver’s side door after our old one was torn off in an accident. CARSTAR got the new mirror ordered then painted and scheduled us to have the new mirror installed which took about 30 minutes. This is the second time we have had CARSTAR fix something on our car and they are the business we choose every time! They are fast, dependable and friendly! We highly recommend CARSTAR!!!
