Very friendly and got my Southern self out of a dangerous, rainy muddy road.
We took my husband’s pickup over to Butch’s Body Shop after his rear view mirror was torn off by a passing truck hauling bales. They immediately gave us an estimate so we could get the insurance process started. Mike was a great help. We’ve had very few claims and he told us exactly what we needed to do. He returned my calls quickly and was very professional. Luckily it was a relatively small job and the part came in quickly. My husband was happy with the repairs and I was happy with the service provided.

Ive had my pick-up worked on by these guys before and they did a great job. But I'm writing my review about a service I didn't even know they offered-- locksmith service calls. I had locked my keys out of my house-- not vehicle, house. It was the tail end of business hours and I was worried id have trouble getting ahold of someone. But they answered and Mike showed up in probably less than 10 minutes. I was mad, frustrated, wondering what I was going to do, and Mike eased my mind in less than 5 minutes of being on site. He got my place unlocked, and gave me peace of mind-- for a VERY reasonable price, too. I literally could NOT have had a more pleasant experience with these guys. Couldn't recommend their services any more.
Quick and good service.
I make bad choices. But calling Butch's for a winch out on a rain-soaked dirt road was definitely a good choice! Terry was good-natured, timely, and well-informed during our slippery, rainy, middle-of-the-night call-out that other local shops refused to take. Highly recommended. Thank you!
