On August 5th around 4pm our alternator died on our 2012 SUV, we were on our way from Colorado to NW Ohio. We knew that being a Saturday we would probably end up being stranded in Hays, Kansas over the weekend, you know not many auto mechanics work Saturday afternoon/evenings. AAA said that they had shops with 24/7 mechanics on duty, but when we contacted the shops recommended, we were told no one would be available till Monday. Thanks to family and friends back home, the search for someone to help us continued for a few hours. We were referred to Auto & Tire Master and met Jesus Madrigal. Jesus was our answer to prayers, you know the one in a million person who could solve our problem. He informed us that he could replace our dead alternator and have us on our way home Sunday. Little did we know that his dedication included working till 1AM Sunday morning to fulfill his promise to us. Not only did he repair our vehicle. He also transported us to the Hotel and brought the SUV to us on Sunday morning. The dedication this mechanic showed us was fantastic. He is a God send.
