Rusty Eck had my vehicle for 65 days. I refused delivery twice. Vehicle was returned filthy from collision shop and repairs were not complete. Vehicle was worked on the entire time with hood up and windows down. Vehicle engine and interior were extremely dirty/filthy upon delivery. TPMS system was not set as it should have been due the damage sustained from vehicle collision and gauges were illuminated on dash. Vehicle wasn’t taken on a test drive prior to customer delivery or this would have been noticed by the tech. Shop left old damaged parts in vehicle. Customer relations and General Manager had to get involved to ensure work was completed correctly. I will never take one of my 5 vehicles there again.
