Friendly service. Looked at the problem that I had. Found and ordered the part. Installed it for free since it was just a snap on part.
Awsome customer service. I had a flat tire and they did not have a replacement available, but the lady in the office called all of the local tire businesses on our behalf, saving us a lot of heartaches. She found us a tire nearby and we were able to get back on the road quickly. Thanks!
We had a flat on I-70, and initially stopped at another local tire shop. They didn't have the tire we needed, and referred us to Precision Collision. Dana immediately discovered that our big-chain tire shop had mounted two of our tires backwards, which likely caused our separation. He found us a good, used tire, and flipped our other backward tire around. He torqued our lug nuts, and replaced the four nuts the big-chain had left off. Highly recommend.
