Sharp, knowledgeable and friendly staff assisted me throughout the process. Very short waiting time for shuttle service both directions...price for the work seemed reasonable. What more could I ask!
The lady in the service department is the most inconsiderate person I’ve known for the past 30 years. When I bought my vehicle here I bought the extended warranty the full Cadillac plan and everything that They had to offer. I had a problem with my gearshift they said it was not covered under warranty I thought Kia had 100,000 mile warranty on the powertrain. The service manager refused to work on my vehicle due to the complaint I called against the lady in the service department. I definitely would not recommend taking your vehicle here and or purchasing a new vehicle here at the Kia dealer ship in Topeka Kansas on Kansas Avenue. I cannot shut my vehicle off at all I says it’s not in gear and it clearly is in gear. I had Walt car start trying to fix it and they refused to fix it because Kia refused to pay for it. I saw the complaint with Kia corporate office and still has not resolve the problem. I have to leave my van on a charger every night in order to take my kids to school the next morning. The van will not lock by remote control, and or manually locking the vehicle. So the vehicle stays open 24 hours a day seven days a week with the ignition in the on position running my battery down what’s the hours of Sutton location off. I would definitely recommend not purchasing and or servicing any vehicle from this dealership. They are locally owned and operated dealership does not care about their customers. They are only worried about sales. They will sell you everything under the sun and not stand by the warranty. You do not need a key to put the vehicle in position, park, reverse, neutral you don’t even have to push the brake to accomplish the task stated above. This van has only 9000 miles on it and they refused to standby their warranty that they sold me. They informed me to take it to another dealership of Kia. Corporate even told me to find another dealership to take it to. This dealership is the most shady business I know in Topeka Kansas. I’ve been trying for seven months to get my vehicle fixed today to this day I still have not got my vehicle fixed. I called a complaint with corporate about the lady in the service department, with no disciplinary action implemented on the incompetency of this female to carrying out her day today duties. I cannot stress enough to not buy a new or used vehicle from Briggs Kia in Topeka Kansas. The reviews on Google are paid for. They will call you asking you to receive payment for a better review and or to remove your review to have honestly reported to Google. So please do you do diligence and do not buy a vehicle from this company they do not deserve to have anybody’s money and or service.
