Horrible company! Lied about damages on the loaner car they let me borrow while they worked on my car 0/10 recommended! A door ding is not over 5,000 in damages to a 2016 car with 200K on it !
Blake was awesome! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my vehicle being totaled and working with insurance. This was my first car accident resulting in a totaled car so I was very unsure of what to do. Blake and Wichita Collision made me feel like I was in very good hands and being looked out for. I can’t thank you all enough!

Said they wouldn't work on my car because it's too old🤯
Blake was a BIG help during these processes, he’s an amazing human and made sure I was set during my process with insurance companies and kept my head cool and my mom’s head cool! shout out to blake !!!

I genuinely hate giving a small business a bad review but I feel like it might save someone some heartache and grief. I was rear ended hard in a brand new car. Blake told me it was totaled but refused to do the work progressive requested so they could accurately assess the damage. For 3 weeks Blake went round and round with progressive and swore up and down the car was totaled. Finally one day he decides he can fix it up to 99%. I wasn’t ok with this on my brand new car so I asked to have it towed to another shop for a second opinion. The other shop had a great relationship with progressive and got my car totaled out immediately. The guy said it took him 5 minutes to disassemble the sides to show rail damage. I don’t know why Blake refused to do this. The other body shop also found quite a few things Blake had missed. And to add insult to injury, he packed up my bumper and all the spare parts inside the car which caused A LOT of interior damage to the seat fabric and doors. I guess he was mad that I wanted a second opinion. He wasn’t professional and came off really lazy. I would stay away from this shop.

I provided an independent evaluation showing this. My experience with your ins co is that they will do all they can to save money, so I provided you with an additional certified independent appraiser and showed you how to take the control of this horrible accident into your own hands. We learned something important with your case. Your ins co is being evaluated for unfairness at the State or Kansas Insurance Commissioner due to their unfair language in the contract which states that they have to agree to you having a dispute. In the end, my evaluation was correct and supported and you were made whole. That's GREAT! The issue with the bumper/interioir occurred due the car being inoperable. The tow truck driver could not unlock it, so a person had to enter thru the trunk to unlock the car. We never saw any interior damage while the car was here, but it seems probable that the trunk entry caused the damage you describe. Further, we provided you with a independent who would have been able to show you how to get the correct amount from your totaled car rather than the low ball amount your insurance company would have offered. I'm very happy you ended well. All the best to you.
Sara and Blake were extremely helpful during this process. They both offered very professional attitudes and provided a lot of detailed information that was very helpful. Insurance companies were battling and refusing to pay, but they were very helpful with lending out a loaner and communicating with me! Highly recommend! Not to mention my car has never looked better, seriously!
