I try to step up an appointment with them and the receptionist was so rude unfriendly that I just had to call another location to get help with my vehicle. I would not recommend setting up your appointment through that location. I would say call another location and see if the can call for you instead of dealing that receptionist who I may add never told me her name. Also asked for a manager to get in contact with me but have yet to hear from him. Called back hours later and was put on hold and forgotten.

Cherokee cowwie, we are truly sorry for the less than great experience. But in order for us to help we need a full name and please contact the GM in regards to your issues. Again, please accept our apologies.
