I like that I was able to have a conversation with a friendly knowledgeable staff member about what exactly was wrong with my car. I have been here twice now and would recommend this business to others looking to get things done right and be treated well
Very good prices!!
They are honest and give accurate estimations! We were stranded in Hays for 2 days while our car was fixed up, but Dave’s was great. They kept us updated and helped us make an informed decision. It ended up being an expensive fix, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for our long drive home and gave us an accurate estimate about how long it would take and how much it would cost. There was an odd beeping sound when we picked it up, and they took the time to look at it again for us and research to find potential fixes without any extra charge. I hope I never have to come back, but if I’m ever in Hays again I would 100% go back to Dave’s.
