This is the only mechanic shop I'd ever use! They are such a great business with knowledgeable, honest and helpful staff!

We are on a cross country road trip and experienced issues with our Jeep Wrangler a couple days ago. Todd and Jeremy at Broadway Auto were amazing! They got us right in, worked on our Jeep, were fair with prices, explained everything in detail and engaged in enjoyable conversations with us. 100% recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic in Hays, KS!!

Had an issue with my skid plate/oil pan shield (not sure what it's called) coming loose and flapping violently underneath the engine area during a drive back to Ohio a few days ago (5/10/23). They got it tightened and resecured and I was back in the road within half an hour. Forgive me as I've forgotten the name of the mechanic working that day but he was real decent fella. Would highly recommend this place!!

I stopped in with an odd request as I needed a Mechanic’s skill with a cutting torch. In five minutes they had me on my way and saved me from what would have likely taken all day if I could have done at all. I highly recommend going to them for your automotive repair needs. Any mechanic that is willing to help out like that is going to take good care of their customers!

Had some much needed driveline work done unexpectedly, took me in right away and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great rates and friendly staff!

Broadway Automotive is a 5 star shop,The staff is amazing to work with and just great people. Our van started to misfire a few miles out of Hay’s on our trip from Alberta Canada to Oklahoma city. So we stopped to get it fixed asap, Luckily broadway automotive had the time to diagnose the problem right away and get it fixed so we could get back on the road. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for helping us out and getting the van fixed so fast. He even came to pick me up after the van was fixed so I didn’t have to walk from the hotel to get it. I’m so thankful and would recommend Broadway Automotive to anyone.

Do not recommend! Went to get freon put in and a recharge of my AC. They stated my compressor wouldn’t turn on. Charged me $170 for a recharge and freon and my AC blew HOT air when i left. They also stated they couldn’t look at the high/low pressure switch because they didn’t have a lift available. Why a lift was needed who knows. My dad(mechanic of 20 years) looked at the car right after and they unplugged the high/low pressure switch wire which is why the compressor didn’t kick on. Also remind you, it did not need to be put on a lift for this. Plugged the wire in and works fine! I had to go somewhere else to get Freon and my AC charged. But i was charged for all that! The only good thing i can say is they got my car in quick, aside from that nothing good to say. Paid money for no service.

Only repair shop I would EVER trust. Have always been speedy, clean, and professional. Pricing is the best around.
