Took them 3 weeks to release car after repairs were made to make sure insurance company paid. I will not be back

Nick, The insurance industry has become hostile and is openly short paying claims, they remove operations previously approved or deny required procedures to properly repair our customer’s vehicles. Due to this ongoing issue, we have been forced to have the Authorization to Repair signed prior to repairs being completed that clearly states a customer’s vehicle will not leave our shop until the bill has been paid in full. We explained all this up front and before parts were even ordered, you agreed to our terms when you signed the Authorization to Repair. We simply can not trust the insurance company to pay your bill in full, therefore, we held the car till payment was made. Morrill Collision is responsible for providing a living for 6 families, the success of small business depends on people paying their bills. MCR fulfilled our obligation to you the 1 star review should be directed to you insurance company.
