Came in for ticking sound in rear tire. Very helpful took it for a test drive found a nail that was rubbing on the road. Didn’t charge me anything and told me to come back if I need anything else. Would highly recommend.

I have never used a business with more integrity, knowledge, or care, than Shorey Automotive. I wont bore you with a long story but I brought Mike and his crew a disaster of a neglected van that I havent driven in 10 years. The amount of work it took to get it back in tip top shape was ridiculous but they tackled it head on and made it like new again. Nothing about this repair was a mystery. Mike contacted me personally and keep me in the loop the entire time. He explained everything clearly and was always available to answer questions and address concerns. Was traveling across country when my car broke down in Topeka. I drive a smart car and it’s sometimes difficult to find someone to work on it. Not only were these guys so nice, but they had my car fixed and back to me within a day ! Life savers ! Definitely recommend !!!

They used a handheld computer to check a maintenance light that would not go out. Finally reset it and said to come back if it came on again while driving. I was very pleased with their service.

I've had a heck of a time with vehicle repairs this year in my family. My spouse has had his vehicle in the shop, just as long as Ive had mine. I visited another shop first, that I wasn't that thrilled with. A neighbor of mine recommended I visit these guys and I can't tell you how happy I am, that I did. I had a very problematic issue with my Transmission, and to be honest, these guys fixed it to where it's running better than when I bought it. Appreciate you and I'll be back for future business.
