Very disrespectful customer service there will be nice to you when you walk in the door to get your money . So watch out for this place they take extremely long time to get your car in and get it done if you call to ask me anything about it she'll be totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

Hi Terrance, We have reviewed your repair file and would like to discuss your complaints with you further. We show that your vehicle was towed into us on December 4th, 2023, at which time shop personnel advised you that it would be the middle of January before we would be able to bring your vehicle in for repairs, and that the estimated completion date would be the first of second week of February. Your vehicle was completed in the given time frame, ready for you as of February 12th, 2024. We do show there were some delays regarding parts, due to the replacement hood that you requested, which was not standard for your vehicle. We also show that we verified with your Mother at time of pick up, that we would not be placing the emblems on your car, as it would have peeled the paint did you not want them. We felt with the other customization requests you made, this was in both of our best interest.
