Great staff 👍
I have had multiple vehicles repaired at Dale’s Automotive over the years. It has normally been a trusted repair center in my previous visits, however, this last visit I can honestly say that I question their integrity and whether or not I will ever return. While at Dale’s for repair our car was damaged outside of the original repair estimate. The headlight was damaged so Dale’s took it upon themselves to purchase a new headlight and replace the one that they broke. This I feel was an honest mistake and applaud them for not putting the damaged one back on my vehicle. However, Not only did this incident delay getting our vehicle back when promised by several days but the new and other existing headlight now do not match and the vehicle looks atrocious with one New and one Old headlight. I mean if you are a reputable business go ahead and spend the extra $100-$150 bucks for the additional headlight so that they match. I feel that this was an attempt to cut corners; and deceive the customer which is a big mistake. Dale’s is no longer a reputable collision repair center in my opinion.
Great people, great staff, great work ethic, and quality repairs on body work!

My first experience with Dales in the early 90s was very good. So when my car was rear-ended in 2021, I passed by hundreds of closer collision centers to have the work don't by a name I trusted. But I no longer trust the workmanship or the manager. My hatch gate rattled, screws were missing, and the interior casing was lose. The paint had black finger smudges encased in the clear coat over silver paint. Overspray was on the drivers side about one foot out from where they were painting on the back. And to add insult to injury the manager Chris was unwilling to take any action or ownership. She told me on the phone it was strange the rattle started months later and there was no proof her workmanship was the problem, essentially calling me a liar. Ma'am that was your undoing with me. If this would have been done right from the beginning I would not have lost vacation time to cover your mistake. It was very hard to get my schedule ironed out to take this back for rework. And your disrespect doesn't help a bad situation at all. But here is the positive, immediately, the young man helping me, Erik, acknowledged the issues were in fact due to poor workmanship. Now let me say this, HE stood up and was honest and showed great integrity and customer service. And through all of this not once did the manager, Chris, come out and apologize to me. Not once. So ownership and respectful customer service are not to be expected at Dale's Collison in Blue Springs. Goodbye to decades of recommendations and loyalty. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.
Great, fast and friendly service!
