Dealing with my vehicle being hit by another driver and the insurance process for the first time has been a nightmare. The absolute easiest part of the whole thing was walking into Quality Body Shop. They made me feel at ease. I feel completely confident that my vehicle will be repaired perfectly. They know more about the insurance process than I. It was so nice to find someone to help guide me a bit and make me feel not so alone with this fiasco. Smiles were on Luetta and Dons faces the entire time.It was closing time yet they stayed to answer all my questions till I was completely satisfied. I felt like I was being a bother to the insurance companies asking questions. They will always have my business and hopefully yours as well.
