they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional, all 3 ladies up front. Update: was called back 3/27/23, but due to being at work I got the voice-mail and was given a better update that I felt more Comfortable with about my vehicle. Update: was called back and due to their feelings being hurt for being honest with my review they decided to not fix my truck after being rude and unprofessional, asked me to get my teuck out of their center. I have never been to a collision center as low and unprofessional as this one.

If you're looking to get your car totalled, this is the place for you. I brought in my running truck after setting up an appointment to get the truck fixed. Gerber estimated the damages at more than $10k, kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I had to get the truck towed out with the bumper, fender, basically everything in the bed, they did not give me back the hood. If I knew this would have happened, I would have avoided them, please consider a local shop next time.

I had two Rock chips on my 4Runner.... One on the driver side and one on the passenger side doors. The chips were down to the metal and the passenger side door had a small ding. It turned out perfect. Color match was spot on. Very happy. Great people. Great service. They care about what they are doing. Thank you!!!!
