Ended up leaving after 45 minutes when trying to get my tires balanced with only 1 other vehicle in front of me. 3 stars because they were polite.

I’ve brought my cr here the past past year for lube and oil. I was told they don’t make appointments for that. I came today at 8 am to get my lube and oil, right at opening time. The mechanic was there but said he couldn’t work because policy was two people had to be there. He said the owner wasn’t there because her dryer broke and she had no clothing. Say what? Most women (self included) have clothing to last for years lol It was just weird. I rearranged my day to get this done this morning. A broken dryer isn’t an emergency. Show up when you own a business. People are counting on you.
