Myers Automotive just provided me amazing customer service. I needed to remove my registration plate from my vehicle and couldn't because the bolts were rusted in place and the bolt heads were stripped out. When asked how much they would charge to remove the bolts, I was told that the best solution would be to swing by and give them a couple minutes time to check it out so the estimate would be accurate. When I arrived, they immediately went with me to my car with tools. I asked how much they thought it would be. They said maybe it would be a fairly quick job. Jim Sharky worked his magic and in less than 5 minutes had the bolts off. They even fastened my plate with new bolts. How much did they charge? Nothing--not even for the new bolts. It was a small thing. But, to me it was wonderful! I definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service. Thanks, Jim and Myers Automotive!

Great service and especially appreciate the attention to detail and photos of additional repairs that would be required down the road. I highly recommend this establishment and they even offer inspections on used vehicles yiu are considering purchasing. Who could ask for more?
