I took my vehicle to Carstar after an accident and my insurance company caused many unreasonable delays and absolutely neglected to remain in contact with me. Carstar, and especially AJ, advocated for me every step of the way, kept me in the loop, explained things to me in terms I could understand without being condescending, and made sure I was taken care of by my insurance. As a single lady in her mid 20s, I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all single women, or anyone else like me who just doesn’t understand, and gets really scared by, car stuff. These people are exceptionally kind and hard-working, and went out of their way to help me through a circumstance that many others would have just been frustrated by. Ten out of five stars.
