Don't waste your time going here, they only want the money and dont care about getting the job done right and wont own up to there mistakes.
Paid $ 2,700 to get a transmission rebuilt and then transmission broke less than 2,000 miles on it! They claim to give you 1 year warranty or 12,000 miles which is false advertisement because they did not want to warranty me at all ! I personally went into the shop the owner was not there the son pulled me aside and told me they would fix it but would not warranty me anymore after I left the shop later the owner calls me and tells me to pick up my truck and they wouldn’t fix it so when I picked up my truck they gave me my transmission back but completely disassembled and put into a box with all the loss gears and stuff with a bunch of bolts inside the box and the toque converter. ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRANSMISSION SHOP AT ALL !!!!!!

May 11, 2024I am Sorry you were not happy. You made it obvious when you, your family and friends gave us 13, 1 star reviews all on the same day. We told the guy (who we built the transmission for) that you bought the Race truck from that he should upgrade the transmission so it didn’t twists off any shafts because a stock transmission cannot handle the abuse. He said no to the upgrades because he was going to sell the truck. When it twisted off the shaft I don’t feel responsible. Sorry again.
They do not honor their warranty!
They did the work quickly and really gave good customer service.

I'm very picky when it comes to who works on my vehicles. These guys came highly recommended by close friends and i was not disappointed. They did a great job and they did the work at a better price than i found elsewhere in town. Thanks guys! Also, be aware of one single person leaving bad reviews under multiple names. I noticed this the other day. The owner and his family are hard working honest people.
Been doing business with these guy for years. Now in their new high tech location the service is even better! They go out of there way to properly diagnose and fix your problem with honesty and integrity not always found in the auto industry. A Great locally owned family business you can put your trust in!
