They have really good car parts
The new commercial manager is a thieving cur who knows nothing about parts, she’s rude, disrespectful, incompetent, horrid beast of a person, iv never had a good experience with her and have never heard of anyone having a good experience with her she should be eradicated
Walked in, greeted immediately and got help quickly and efficiently. The associate knew his products well and was able to direct me quickly to what I needed with confidence.
I usually have a good experience, but I went in and spoke to a man and told him what I needed and asked if he could put the light bulb in too. Wweellllllllll, my light still wasn't working. Hhhmmm, took it to a mechanic and the man did not change the RIGHT BULB!!!!!! Mind you, I told him, so I go back and pay another $29.??, but this time a different man and the right bulb!!!!! I'll just stick to regular men that I'm use to seeing work in the store for now on!!!! Out of an unnecessary $29.?? 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾
Waste of time. Not helpful, nor had needed parts in stock
Thank you O'Reilly's for helping me with my Battery and charging it to see if it was good or not! New Battery and helping me carry it out to my daughter car!
