I had my car towed to 300 SW 6th Ave. Location. This place Rocks. For Real! They ordered the part for my car, put it on and the problem was solved, and hours later called me and told me my car was ready!! I was expecting a couple of days work. My Car like new again, runs great! The customer service and the quality of the work is wonderful. The cost was great for the service and I paid little lower than what was quoted. I am one very happy customer!! James and Corey and everyone that helped me was so helpful. Thank you Kansasland Tire!! I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!! I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff at Kansasland on 6th and Van Buren are the kindest individuals. They always work quickly and efficiently and notify me of any additional work needed with a quote. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing service which is a first for me at this location. I am a repeat customer at this location with the last 2 owners. It was bad enough we won’t be back. I will purchase my Goodyear tires elsewhere in the future. These black marks on the wheels will not come off. They were not there before the install. These marks are on both of the front 2 wheels. I wish I could include all of the emails so you could see how we were treated. Ended up the store replaced 1 wheel. They gave it to me in a box not installed on the vehicle. I can now take it elsewhere and pay to have a tire mounted and installed on my vehicle. I at no point raised my voice or cursed. We had a visit at my office from the store manager who dropped an F bomb. I had the regional manager Glen hang up on me while I was still talking to him. To be clear I have no idea what caused the black substance on my wheels that won’t come off. I know it was not there before they installed the new tires. Carson thank you for calling and apologizing for what happened. Still very disappointed and I won’t be back. I will also be happy to share my experience with friends, family, peers, and strangers.

I am always working with this location through my job by sending our clients there and as I work across the street I have been working with this location for close to 9 years. I love working with James, Corey, and the staff. I am not treated as a "job" but yet as a valuable client and as a friend. They have assisted in the past with many varied repairs and have provided wonderful services. I try to recommend this location as often as I can.
