Tires did not last long. No discount to replace. Store across the parking lot was able to fix alignment problem these guys could not fix.

The customer never mentioned anything about an alignment issue to anyone here. The tires on the receipt he brought in were purchased in 2018, so if there are a lot of miles or if the alignment was out, that could be the reason for the wear. We can't discount tires that are five years old. The store manager called and left you a voicemail to discuss further.

This is now the second time Kansas Land screwed me. 1st time Jill stated that AC Recharge Service would be $150 then came back and said well its going to be a little bit more than what we said, and I said ok with out asking how much is a little bit… I get the bill and its $550. Soo $400 is a “little bit more”. No additional work just AC Recharge for $550 They are crooked as can be. Do not bring your vehicle to them. I had my brakes serviced 27 months ago and was told by Jill the manager that they provide a lifetime warranty on parts. My brake pads and rotors need replaced now and when I brought it in she denied they ever stated it was lifetime warranty and that it is only 24month warranty. Funny how they wont reply to my review… They are liars and crooks DONT FALL VICTIM TO THEM!!!!
