Would definitely recommend Cowan's to anyone needing car repairs. Excellent work in a timely fashion.
They did a engine stress test which blew all the gaskets in my engine. I asked only if they could figure out what the problem was. I had gotten an oil change at Midas that ended up with clattering noise when I tried to get it to go faster. So I didn't want to go back to Midas. I should not have come here either. Ended up selling car for scrap

May 24, 2023Are you sure you're leaving feedback for the correct shop? You also just said you had an oil change at Midas, developed a clatter, and had us look at it. Which would suggest the engine was damaged prior to us even seeing it. Also we do not perform "engine stress" tests. Never in our years of service have we performed anything related to that. We know losing a car to mechanical failure can be stressful but there are no records of diagnostics being performed for this account. Which we do keep records of all head gasket block tests and diagnostics.

Needed a quick oil change and Hank and Henry took great care of me and worked my vehicle into their busy schedule. Always over the top vehicle care and customer service. This is my go to place for automotive service.
