Tim was fantastic. I took my Ford Escape there to get an estimate on fixing a relatively minor underbody issue. He fixed it in the spot to make it more driveable, told me the reason why it had happened (so that I could go back to the place that had changed my oil and caused the issue), was super informative, friendly, and kind, and sent me on my way without charging me. Would whole-heartedly recommend and will definitely use in any future scrapes!
