Not everyone calling you has had their car repoed Or has done you wrong should be more nice on the phone three days in a row calling and they’re the ones who are rescheduling the appointment but when you need an appointment it’s a problem customer service is everything the creamers through the top and sourness drives the bottom

So your review is rather confusing - You work for a company that puts Interlock devices in peoples vehicles, we are the company who repossesses vehicles, we happened to have secured a vehicle where there was one of your company's breathalyzer's installed , you called our office to set an appointment to have the device removed, your appointment was set for today 02/29/2024 @ 11am - you called to verify your appointment today and asked if you could come early, it was then you were advised that the vehicle was being redeemed by the owner , WE do not control what the lenders do , we provide a service just like your company does , when you were advised that you would not be able to show up earlier then your already schedule appointment time and then that the vehicle in question was being redeemed by the owner , you caught a little attitude yourself , but I am sure you already have all the needed contact information for the vehciles owner , so once they have possession of the vehicle back you can simply arrange with them to remove your device - Have a better Day !!!!
