I had my vehicle repoed by them. After I got caught up with the bank I tried calling them the next day couldn't get ahold of them I left a voicemail I did get a call back but in my finances truck I couldn't hear it ring, so I called back and left another voicemail never received a call back then they closed for the day. So I called 4 times the next morning left one more voicemail. Finally the 4th time the second day they answered. As have been in the towing industry before with my parents towing company that they had for 30 years before they retired from it and having to call so many times for 2 days is ridiculous. All calls should be answered even if you have to put them on a brief hold. Do better people just want to redeem their vehicles back. As a business do better! My legal name is Shawna Sundsted

Mar 25, 2024I looked into your claims , and the phone system showed you called at 8am and our office doesn't open until 9 am , and our staff actually did call you back 2 different times and neither call was answered, We are sorry that not every call is our office staff always able to answer , either being on other calls or out in the lot helping someone , but we do ensure that calls are returned for ones that elect to leave voicemails, and I understand that Towing companies answer every single phone call because they are a public service business , they most the time have someone specifically who just sits by the phone to answer calls , however we are not a towing company and we do not offer public services , so our office staff have many other duties on top of answering the phones and sometimes things do get hectic or they are busy out in the lot - Sorry for any of the headache or hassle
