This guy was not only the only guy in the state of kansas who could repair my differential but someone who did it with precision and skill in a short amount of time and still reached out during the break in process to make sure everything is still working how it should.

I had a truck traveling to Salt Lake City with a very urgent load. The driver broke down in Dennis, KS and realized that we had a broken belt. We immediately got on the phone and called all the diesel repair shops in the area. The first three promised to search for the part and called back with no immediate options. They were all saying we would need to be down for at lease a day. So I continue to call and got Levi on the phone. He immediately promise to come out to diagnose the truck and realize that the belt would have to be ordered and the closest dealership for Hino parts was in Tulsa, OK or Wichita KS. I told him that I had already called both dealership and they had the parts and it was just the matter of how to get the parts from 100 miles away. He also suggested that we change both belts, because the serpentine belt looked worn as well. He had options for me immediately. He paid for the parts and had his contact in Tulsa pick up the belts and drive them back to Dennis KS, where he proceeded to complete the repair and get us back rolling the same day. Here is what stood out about Mr. Levi Hart: 1. He understood the urgency and stepped up 2. He diagnosed the problem quickly 3. He did not let 100 miles away deter him from getting the parts quickly. 4. He made it easy for me by arranging the payment of the parts, and transportation to his location 5. He got the repair done quickly so that we could make our delivery time after being down for 10 hours. All the other shop were going to have to order the part have it the next day. He was the only one that went above and beyond to suggest picking up the belt. And after all that, his prices were AMAZINGLY FAIR! Was called for emergency road side tire replacement. And I told them I’ll pay extra because it’s late time. They said arrive at 90mins and I was wait 2 hours not come. And they just give me a message said truck broke down can’t come. Nice service. LOL
