This CarStar team exceeded any expectation that I had. They repaired my vehicle after an accident and provided a better overview of the process, more information regarding the extent of the repairs, and maintained near-constant channels of communications throughout. Sierra outperformed my insurance agent and his staff. I highly recommend this business and this team.

Top notch facility. Kept me informed daily while waiting on last few parts to come in. Staff was extremely helpful and kept insurance company and rental company updated for me

2016 Golf GTI Would not recommend using this place, especially for insurances purposes . Overall professional tone, but the lack of care and blatant lethargic pace throughout my experience with them is something I regret. Additionally when they were unable to repair my car, they sloppily put it back together compared to how I brought it in. It's also immature to have shoved everything that was in my trunk underneath the panel above the spare while jamming that panel into it's slot. It almost feels like my car was violated the entire process

I’m not sure who you are because we don’t have your name in our system, but I will tell you that the car was damaged beyond repair and the owner’s insurance company deemed it a total loss because of the severe structural damage in the right rear corner of the car. There is no way this car will ever be safe to drive again but the owner elected to buy the car back from the insurance company. The owner requested us to reinstall the rear bumper cover so they could drive it and we did what we could with the small amount of material left on the parts but there was simply not very much to work with because all the mounting points were torn off. I can provide the owner with detailed conversations of the time from when the car was brought here to when it was picked up and they can share this information with you so you can better understand any delays about which you are concerned with. I can also send the owner pictures of the bumper cover when it came in and when it left our building and they and show these as well. Please understand we do not have any control over the way insurance companies manage total losses and how fast they process them. If you have any questions about total losses or the process behind this, please contact us. Thank you.
Thanks to everyone at Carstar and especially Keaton Baker who went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed every step of the way and answered my every question. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else.
