Friendly staff who were helpful and honest.

This is my worst experience, Brian the manager is very Rude they take too long to fix my car, they not submitted the whole claim , also they didn’t fixed at all I have pictures, my car still has a hole on the floor passenger sit. I try if they can fix it and they don’t want it Brian is very rude and not nice. He don’t take care of costumers. Very bad service I don’t recommend this place. Also they never Nader my calls I always have to drive there when I need contact them .

Literally my vehicle is not the same color. I mentioned to him and he supposedly fixed it. Today my vehicle and the side of my vehicle do not match colors. The hood has a dent as well like it wasn’t put on right. He said he used white when my my vehicle is a pearl white. I’m sure those two are not the same. The pics are nothing. On the actual left side where they worked on the door as well was terribly done. It’s like they tried to screw me over because either they think I’m dumb or just another female they can get over on her money.

So my nephew gets his door painted here, doesn't even come close to matching the car. I've been painting and working on cars for over 35+ years now and ASE certified in over 8 areas of car repair. Including auto paint repair and refinishing....After going in to talk to the manager/owner, this man doesn't even get out of the chair to come outside to look at the car. Then tells my nephew that he won't even talk to me about the car anymore… that he'll discuss it with him (he's 16)..... I'm not rude, disrespectful or raising my voice at the man. So, if you can't get out of the office to look at the situation, what makes me think that if we leave the car with you that you are going to fix the situation? And he wants to blend adjoining panels to correct the situation. 1 eyesore turning into 3eyesores is not going to help the color situation.....I painted this whole car 6 years ago inside and out, to the factory color and he tries to say that it's because of fading from age that the paint doesn't match. Stop it. Don't try to pull the wool over my eyes and say it's clear outside. Poor management skills, disrespectful customer service attitude and doesn't care about the situation or the customer. And your post about your franchise business states that you guarantee your work and take great pride in your "expert workmanship". Yeah right..... Expert ignorance....... look at the picture and you'll see our complaint. Wouldn't recommend this maaco if you want a panel painted, not even a whole car.
