I was having some other work done to my car, and even though One stop was $30 higher than my usual tint guy, I had them tint my front two windows. As you can see, the tint is not straight nor cut correctly- too short on one end, and is lipping at the other end about to peel off. In addition to the fact that while my car was there, damage was done to the right rear corner… I know for a fact I didn’t do it considering my car stops itself before backing into something, plus I just washed it and hand dried it before taking it in so the windows were clean, plus I have a dash cam with footage before and after taking the car in showing I didn’t hit anything myself. I had put the camera into my other car when I left it there for them to tint, so I don’t have footage of it while being there. When I noticed the damage an hour and a half after picking up the car (which was after they’d closed for the day), and after looking up the number which showed it was a cellular number, I texted pictures of the damage and asked for a callback the next business day, which I never got. I left three polite messages for a callback regarding the situation(s) over a 5 day period and never got a return call. I would not recommend any of their services; James was constantly texting from the front desk any time I was there-too distracted to answer questions about other services they provide.

May 24, 2023Tate, we never received any messages from you. I am constantly on my phone with customers and texting customers back. We have cameras ourselves here and would be willing to look into your vehicle. There is nothing in the tint bay that could possibly cause damage to your vehicle. If you were having issues with the tint that was installed, we would have liked to resolve the issue or looked further into it. You had never came back in to talk with us. If you were having issues getting ahold of us via phone, I would have personally stopped by in person especially with damage to your vehicle. Sounds fishy to me. Please give us a call or come in to talk with us. We would be glad to help.

Stefan was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and does great work! We have used him for several things (oil change, tint, company vehicle repairs) and have always been pleased! Definitely recommend.
Was waiting with my mom for her car appointment. It was scheduled at 9 am when the store opened but there is no one here and we've been trying to get a hold of someone on the phone for 20+ mins

We try our best to take care of everyone as best as possible. I believe you had called in and we had already talked to you and notified you that we were running late. These guys are so awesome. They were referred to us. My daughter had her engine replaced by another auto place and it took 2 years and still was acting up. So we ended up taking it to One stop Motorsport. They saved our lives and fixed what other place couldn't. We take all our cars there, and we are in OP. Pricing is affordable. They always explain everything, and my husband actually likes them, which is rear.
