I brought in two cars and received a verbal estimate. I was told to expect a written estimate in 2-3 days. 6 days later, I called to follow up since I hadn’t received an estimate. I was told to expect a written estimate in 2-3 days. 5 days later, I called to follow up since I hadn’t received an estimate. They said to expect a written estimate in 2-3 days. After all of this, I was never provided an estimate (it’s now been over six weeks) and chose a competitor to complete the body work on both vehicles. Had I known I was going to be ignored, I would not have wasted my time visiting this business.

I wouldn't take my car here again after the experience I've had. We received an estimate from the insurance company for what it should cost to fix the car. The body shop said it could be repaired for a couple hundred more than the estimate, but it could be even more expensive once they got it taken apart. It took weeks to get the parts in and get the repair scheduled. I was told they could repair it in two days, but that I needed to drop it off on a Tuesday morning and it would be available on Friday night. Not sure how that math works. When I picked the car up the price was around what they said they figured it would be and I paid it happily thinking that everything was done. When I went to get in the car I noticed that the front fender still had a huge dent, the front light was still sticking out from the body, and there was an inch gap between the hood and the front fender at the front of the car. I asked the technician and they said they weren't able to get it to line up but he could get me a quote on making it look as it did before it was wrecked. A week went by with no response from the shop on an estimate. I called back in and was told they were working on the estimate for the car to be fixed. Another week went by and still no estimate. I called back in and was told I'd get an estimate on Monday. On Wednesday I called in for a third time and was told the estimate was being worked on and should be ready shortly. I received the estimate a couple of hours later for the same price I originally payed for the car to be fixed. The estimate from the insurance was around $1,000, the original price to fix it was $1,250. This estimate is another $1,200. They are more than doubling the estimate from the car insurance company. And when seeing the estimate I noticed the creation date was on 11/6, over two weeks after I was first told that they would get me another estimate. I will never trust another vehicle with this company.

Took my truck here for repair. Went to pick it up and part of the adhesive didn’t bond to the fresh paint. They were quick at getting it back in. When I went to get my truck the second time the work that was completed was quite lacking. Fender line is definitely not flush as well.

Took my car in a couple weeks ago to get my paint fixed and i left my airpods in my car by accident. Which was totally my fault BUT i thought it would be in safe hands considering that they would only need to be in my car to move stuff from my trunk and to move my car. I was going to go pick up my airpods from my car before i had left for vacation so that i could use it while i was on the road but the next day my car was gonna be ready for me to pick it up so i waited till then. When i picked up my car, my airpods were not in my car where i had left them. I thought i had misplaced them for 3 weeks until i checked the location yesterday and saw that they were being used. The audacity to steal my airpods while i payed you for the work that was done on my car is crazy. Never going here again. I do know that it was my fault for leaving my airpods in my car but it was still not okay for you guys to take them. To steal from a paying customer? While you are fixing my paint does not sit right with me. I have the location so who ever has them don’t act like i can’t see everywhere you go and where you live. never had someone steal stuff from my car while it was getting worked on and of course when i go to this place for the first time, they wanna steal my airpods. i can buy new airpods but it’s the fact that you guys took them from a paying customer and thinking that you wasn’t gon get caught is really what got me. just because it was in my car does not mean it was up for grabs.

My lovely wife got into an scary and startling accident on a Sunday morning before church 19 days before our family vacation. With 16 days left we brought our Lexus GX 460 2021 to Crash Champions with extensive front end damage in NO condition to drive on the highways or anywhere for that matter! AND 13 days later Crash Champions (and with our helpful contact Mr Pon updating us) performed A MIRACLE on our SUV bringing forth Resurrection and Restoration to the function and condition of our family SUV just 3 days before we leave... JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME!!! Thank you Jesus!!!.... And thank you Crash Champions body team and Mr Quentin and Mr Pon!!! We are gonna have a great and comfortable family vacation because of YOU (plural)!!! God Bless You!!!
