Great folks !!
Bad semi TRL tire. 6 minutes R&R to the spare. Maybe they were hustling to go home but SUPER service and great crew. Mobile service available also.
Shawn is GREAT! He drove my car, diagnosed the problem quickly, and easily fixed it. I was just visiting DC and my car started making a funny sound. I needed to drive back to Pratt but didn't know if I should. I had called two other places. One was too busy to just drive my car for a few minutes. The other place had me leave a message, but never called back. Best One quickly said to come and they would diagnose it, which they did.
