Forgetful, mad many errors on title, and empty promises. Their mechanic is not a mechanic... not even close to a back yard mechanic.
First of all it reeks of smoke in the office. The first time I took my car here they looked at it and figured there was something wrong with the mass air flow sensor so they fixed that. I payed and left the shop and my car started fine. I went to the gas station and when I tried to start my car it didn’t. I had to call the mechanic to come look at my car a figure out what was wrong with it. Later in I took my car back to the shop to fix the main issue. Or so I thought. A few days later the hadn’t called me back so I had to call them a ask if they figured out the problem. Andy tan some tests and figured it was a misfire with the coils. They replaced all of the coils and a few days later I called to see if it was fixed. Bla bla bla. I went to the shop, payed and it started great. I drove to a few places, turned it off and started it and then went home. About an hour after I got home I needed to leave again. I tried to start my car and it sounded like it did in the beginning. I payed about $500 for them to fix my car and it’s still having issues.????? Why?
