HIGHLY recommend this auto shop!! If I could rate it higher I would. The stars really aligned for me mid February we were traveling from Arizona to Minnesota when our alternator went out. We were able to make it off the exit and into the gas station. Thankfully, across the street was an auto mechanic. They were so unbelievably kind. They took their time to come across the street to see what was going on, put the car on a battery charger to drive it across the street and bring it into their shop. After diagnosing to find out it was the alternator, they were able to find the part, work it into their schedule for the day and got us back on the road in about 4 hours. Not only were they down to earth and extremely nice- they are dog friendly (our dog was with us), came in under their estimated price (estimate was still reasonable), and finished under their original time given.”we wanted to get you guys back on the road as quickly as possible” We were able to hangout at a hotel down the road (easier with a dog) and they came to pick us up when they were done. I cannot say enough kind words about this place and the people that work there. We were in a very vulnerable situation where could’ve easily been taken advantage of. Thank you so much!
