Mark was super helpful to work with. It ended up being a battery issue, so I didn't take my truck in to the shop, but Mark sent a great tow company to help me out. He even called me later in the day to make sure I was taken care of, which was beyond kind. I will 100% take my vehicles to him in the future.

However, a little diligence, along with a wonderfully understanding customer, allows us to find the issue and resolve it. Glad we could help.

My car fob wouldn’t talk to my car. I was stuck in the heat. Went inside the restaurant I had been in to wait for my daughter. A wonderful man was leaving he asked how my day was. I told him good until my car wouldn’t start. He said I can fix that quick. He did!! then he showed me things about my fob I never knew. The battery in it was new. As he was leaving I noticed the back of his pretty shirt. It said Shorey Automotive! I would go to them in a heart beat! Many blessings to him!

Great mechanics that are honest. I have referred several people and they have all been pleased. I recently went in and Mark was able to fix my issue at no charge. I will continue to recommend and return to Shorey Automotive.

They were one of the few able to work on new Air conditioners. They fixed it for what I was quoted and it worked great. Very professional, clean place. Will definitely be back when I need something else.

I was having problems with stability system and traction control warning lights. On again and off again. Shorey auto's expert techs quickly found the problem and had me on the road again. Very pleasant experience and didn't break the bank

My wife Brought in our 2008 chevy uplander To diagnose an altonnator problem. They insisted that it was a bad pulley and needed $108 for removing the Serpentine belt and looking it over Otherwise we wouldnt get our vehicle back and told us it was going to be $250 To replace the bad pulley. I don't know much about cars but something didn't seem right I Argued with them And they told me to come pick up the keys and the car free of charge after Getting the vehicle home and inspecting it myself the Serpentine belt was cracking and The grooves on the belt Was worn out After replacing the serpentine belt for $50 the noise was gone and the problem was fixed! I DO NOT recommend this Mechanic shop So be careful AND stay safe everyone! 🙏 💜
Not good, changed 4 k$, no brake lights done. Not happy.
