Tyler was great, got me unstuck in about 5 min!
Fast and incredible customer service from the first call to communicating with the driver. Tyler (driver) was genuinely nice, professional and easy to work with when my wife’s car broke down. Hopefully we won’t have to call for another tow anytime soon, but if we do, I plan to call Elite.
Used this company a couple times and never had an issue. Fast, and drivers have always been kind and professional. They always make the situation a lot less stressful.

I got a flat tire & called for a tow but when the guy got to me, he checked to see if I had a spare tire & changed it for me. Saved me time & money. He was prompt, helpful, & friendly. Highly recommend this business!
Elite towing was the least stressful experience of my car accident. They even took it upon themselves to grab anything that might have value that I left in the car, and place it in their office. I’m very appreciative of their good service!
Kind, courteous, helpful, and honest. I called for a tow. First he asked some basic details about my car, was able to trouble shoot it over the phone and get it running and I didn’t even end up needing a tow. But if I ever do, I guarantee this is who I will call!
They did a phenomenal job getting my Jeep to KC for repairs. Tyler was sooo helpful and courteous! Price was super reasonable for as far as it was towed.
