Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Thank you, Robert, my new friend in the big yellow truck. My RV needed a jump start and Brown's had me back on the road in minutes for a reasonable price. You don't want to need them, but call them if you do, I would use again, no hesitation.
Always there for me when I'm stuck. Reasonable wait times.

Fair pricing, great customer service. I have been towed a couple of times now. Both experiences have been great.
The owner himself really helped me out of a jam by coming out and moving my car himself when he had no one available to send! Super guy that really helped me out when I was in a pinch. I don't have enough kind words for him and his company! Browns truly is Super Service!

Spun out and into the ditch during some winter weather about 20 miles south of Topeka. When I called, they dispatched someone who, despite the winter weather and the fact that there are not turn around points on the turnpike, made it to us within 40ish minutes. He was able to pull us out of a precarious situation and get us back on the road. In my opinion, it was a bargain for the conditions he had to work in. Very much appreciated. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
My semi broke down on the turnpike late in the evening, they answered the phone immediately and were there in less than an hour. Driver was nice guy and was careful so he didn’t damage anything on the truck. They took it to their lot for the night until repairs could be made and were very honest and didn’t take advantage. Super nice people and highly recommended.
