First impression… 10 out of 10. They are extremely transparent and upfront with everything they are doing and found or not found. It could have been so easy to charge me a fee that they did something to correct an issue when there wasn’t a major issue. They went above and beyond with additional fixes to an aging vehicle. I will push as much business I can in their direction, especially with them being military friendly in a military heavy community. Last impression… 10 out of 10.
