I didn’t care for they service I felt they guy working was pretty rude I was told I’d have my car by 230 so I could Make it to work and instead got to work after 6 which was late and didn’t even fix the problem fully. Didn’t put car back together right resulting in my hood almost flying up on the highway not to mention now my car rattles shakes and makes noises it didn’t Make before but they say it wasn’t whaat they did and they charged way to much. I will not be going back and suggest anyone considering going here to find somewhere else personallly

Easy to make appointment but was told would get a call back within the hour and it took all day with 2 different repair prices given. After driving the next day the car was still not fixed and was told well it could be something else, even though they also charge a diagnostic fee, for what? Being wrong? Store manager also admitted to doing a brake job when he had already stated earlier in the day that he was NOT a mechanic. If you had your brakes "fixed" there I would have someone else check them out! Now that's quality service! p.s. FOR ALL YOU FOLKS LEAVING A ONE STAR NOW AND CRYING ABOUT YOUR EXPENSIVE WORTHLESS CAR REPAIR YOU SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ME!!!

I wish Google reviews actually did something to a business but either way I will still rate this awful place. Zero stars for me. They will take you for an expensive ride if you let them. They took me for a $2,200 ride when my original mechanic fixed the problem they couldn’t for $65 & he fixed their own installations for free. My problem was with the rear of my van and they consistently focused on the front of the van (should have been a warning to me to begin with) a metal grinding sound was “not a concern to me” said Darren. Uhm bro… that’s not a good sound & if a customer is worried about a sound, you check that sound… well they didn’t check it, there were more concerned with the brake sensors that they broke not including a wheel hubcap they also broke. These guys are so awful it’s sad. They didn’t install a steering knuckle correctly (I’ll post a video if Google lets me) they didn’t install a strut correct or wheel bearings correctly. Hilariously awful place. They never apologized that they couldn’t fix my issue within a 6 week period and they never attempted to make it right with me. They kept throwing parts at it hoping for the best. The only they did do was didn’t charge me for a steering knuckle that didn’t even need fixing in the first place.

1st, they charged half of what another shop was going to charge me. They were slightly more expensive than a nearby shop but when i spoke on the phone with them, they seemed to know way more than the other shop and werent going to charge me for something i didnt need so thats why i went with them. Very glad i chose them, they got me in the same day and had my car done in an hour. They treated me like family and theyll always have my business from now on. Its hard finding a good, honest mechanic as a female but these guys are honest and upfront and wont try to sell you any product or service you DONT need. Hopefully i dont need to see them anytime soon but i know im in good hands if i do. Adding to this March 2023 after another car issue: this is hands down my FAVORITE shop. They never try to overcharge or upsell you. The manager is the NICEST MAN EVER and the mechanics are literally the greatest. I was so worried about my car and not only did they fix it fast, but they did it for a wonderful price. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. Im so sad that im moving and wont be able to come here anymore. Youre wasting your time going anywhere else. THANK YOU PRECISION, IM GOING TO MISS YOU ):

Terrible customer service. I suggest going somewhere else. There isn't any solution that they can provide that will be beneficial to you.
