We have been bringing our three vehicles to Mission Auto KC for a year+ now and have had nothing but the best experience each time we come in. From repair work to oil changes and tire rotations, we have been so pleased with the service we've been provided. Most recently, the skilled technicians diagnosed an electrical problem with our mini-van and got it up and running again. I felt like the price for the diagnostic tests (and work to get it running) was VERY reasonable, as I know the technicians spent quite some time working out what the problem was. As an added bonus, you can't beat the customer service here. Friendly, reliable, affordable, competent service... We're happy to have found Mission Auto KC!

I had the pleasure of working with Holly, Jeremy, and Brian. Professional opinions were always given and personal opinions were given when asked which was very appreciated. The day before Thanksgiving I had a vehicle emergency. Holly and Jeremy worked with me, stayed after closing, and helped my family get our car on back on the road. Down to earth, relatable, kind, and understanding. They worked with my schedule when they weren’t expected to and helped my family when we were in need. It’s great to not feel panic in situations where many would panic. My vehicles are in great care but setting the mechanical skill set aside, they are fair and personable humans with big hearts. If you’re looking for good people who happen to also be great mechanics, Mission Auto KC is where your vehicle belongs.

I’ve been visiting Mission Auto KC since I moved back to KC in 2016. They’ve serviced several of my cars, including a Lexus SUV, a Jeep and a Porsche SUV. I’ve been with them through an ownership change, which was seamless, at least to me. They always try to accommodate my schedule, and they’re upfront, honest and fair in their technical evaluations and pricing. Highly recommended and worth a bit of a drive for me.

Everyone at Mission Auto is so nice. I was having a battery issue and they were able to replace a wire to get it running. It turned out a week later that there was an additional electrical component issue that kept my dash lights on and was draining the battery. They took it back in, made it a priority and fixed it right up. Then… they didn’t even charge me for that additional trip. I’ve only used them a couple times but every time has been such a good experience. They are honest, kind, and explain things well!!!! Highly recommend
