Terrible,, I hit a pot hole and bust tire and rim and damage underneath car. The associate that was supposed to help,didn't. She was so busy telling me what my insurance wasn't going to pay for, and she didn't even take to my insurance. She went and got used parts, tried to talk my insurance adjuster out of fixing certain things that happened from accident,. Order a cheap tire that took almost a month to get,then put it on car without balance, a headlight needed adjustment didn't fix it ,I heard the mechanic cursing in the background to her,which was unprofessional about what he wasn't going to do, then I get told my light is stripped. Do Not take your Vehicle to this business! Lies is all they tell you. I only went because the name Hendricks and I have a Lexus, never will take me our mine to this place again.!!!

Regarding the parts that were used in your repair, we are required to use parts authorized by your insurance company, which our advisor did communicate to throughout the repair process. If we do not use parts sourced and authorized by the insurance company handling the repairs, they will not guarantee the repairs. Additionally, our advisors do not determine what is related to or authorized in an accident, nor would we advise or talk an insurance adjuster out of fixing anything related to an accident. Excellent experience. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and knowledgeable. Becky kept me informed throughout the process. My car was completed on time and it was returned spotless!

I have a 2007 Honda Pilot…They did an amazing job! Matching the color of paint…perfect. Tony was great to work with 👍 the entire team was very nice and had great customer service .. definitely recommend them.

Becky provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. When I had my windshield replaced due to a rock cracking it, the process was incredibly smooth. Additionally, Becky went beyond her duties and noticed that one of my tires had an issue that could have been a hazard. Overall, I am very pleased with Becky's and Hendricks service.

UPDATE: I wouldn't claim this shoddy work either. Check your records again. Blue 2011 Nissan Frontier. Finally got my vehicle back (2 months later) from what was supposed to be a 3 week job. Outside looks great. Inside was covered in dust. Dust caked behind the back seat on my audio equipment. Backup camera is disconnected and inoperative. Wire left handing on the exhaust only to burn up. Subwoofer is inoperative. Remote tailgate lock was disconnected and inoperative. Auxiliary bed lights are inoperative. Axle vent breather tube was cut and left hanging to rub on the tire (kept smelling burning rubber but couldn't figure it out). Wiring/connections were just zip tied up to the frame. I would send it back to have them put it all back the way it was but that will probably be another 2 months...can't chance it .I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE. AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM GOING HERE.

I'm very disappointed in the work Hendricks Collision did on my vehicle, not professional, was worried about getting over then actually doing the work, mechanic's cursing in the back ground! Kept my vehicle for about a month, looked for the cheapest used parts, put new tire on without balancing wheel, then had to bring back and rent another car, my vehicle was riding roughly, your mechanic and you convinced the adjuster it was a worn motor mount, I took it to discount tire, and your business could not even balance a tire right!! Never will come back to Hendricks collision, could not adjust a bulb in headlight either. He stripped it! Where is the integrity and honesty with this business' anymore. Becky was dishonest and unprofessional, claimed that she had spoke with the adjuster about the wheel alignment but actually had not so wasted my valuable time having to bring car back. All of this inconvenience from pothole and lack of effort on Hendrick's part....Very Disappointed and would not recommend to anyone
