Being fully transparent, this wasn't my choice of shop after I had my accident back in November. However, it was a shop that my insurance worked with, so I went in blind (and a bit apprehensive) but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I met with there was kind, courteous, and efficient. When there were some mix ups with insurance and hoops to jump through, the CARSTAR team took care of me. I was genuinely impressed at every turn. Brian was awesome at keeping me updated and making sure everything was done right. The work on the car got taken care of and looks great. They were quick, excellent with communication, and great to work with. Genuinely a pleasant surprise - dealing with a car accident, insurance, and repairs isn't fun. They made this part easy and I am so thankful for how stress free the experience was.
