Very friendly staff who did a professional job fixing the dent on my bumper.
Great experience. I had a minor repair, replacing trim molding around a wheel well. The work was done while I waited less than a 1/2 hour and the gentleman even applied some touch-up paint to a chip. Excellent, friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended. This is my second very positive experience with Carstar Crystal.

They said our car would be ready in 2 days, but it took them 8 days. Not pleased.

Jonathon was great to work with. He communicated very well, which to me is very important. They did excellent work on my truck and did it ahead of schedule. They did more work and in half the time that the local chevy dealership did on my truck, so I highly recommend CARSTAR Crystal.

very impressed by not only the professionalism and presentation of this facility and staff, but how they go above and beyond expectation in ensuring and assuring you that your vehicle will be treated as if it was their own. Mallory provided excellent customer service, including handling my rental car pick up and giving me timely updates so that I knew the status at all times. she spent time walking me through exactly what needed to be done and what she included on the estimate and final repair, she definitely knows her stuff! Definitely recommend!!! Excellent quality work and an awesome experience from this customers perspective.
