So friendly and courteous. They gave me a ride both ways which really helped me out. I will definiely be seeing them again for my car needs.
Curtious, efficient and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. Nice to be made aware of things that might be getting close to being a problem so I can be prepared. Will recommend them to all my friends.
No one likes to have to purchase all 4 new tires, but Burnett Automotive made this a positive experience. As a woman, I felt respected and treated fairly. Everyone from the sales people to the person driving us home was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. My car tires were replaced and the alignment was corrected in less than 24 hours. Bonus, I was informed there was a rebate of $100 and was given all of the information to get some money back! I highly suggest using Burnett Automotive.
My new tire place. I have neve experienced the level of customer service that this place provids. They got me in, last minute. I was actually late and it was after they closed.

Excellent service driving over near my house to jump start my car, then get it in to replace the battery and get me going in around an hour. Thanks guys
