Nobody wants to have their car find itself at a collision center, because that means it's been in a collision, but Vance Jackson and the team at Baron Collision made the process easy to navigate and we're very helpful.

Baron Collision was very easy to work with. They were very detailed in explaining to me the cost of my repair as well as sharing the timeframe to complete the work. The actually completed the work early than promised.

Don’t bother trying to call. They never answer their phones. Go in person. Have been trying to get ahold of anyone for days, finally got the front desk girl. I received one voicemail from there and that was it. They don’t have a voicemail box, so you will be on hold for most of the day. I have been on hold for all of my hour long lunch breaks Mon-Thurs this week alone with one call back. Understand if it’s busy, but turns into a lack of communication from there. They won’t call you unless you catch them over the phone and ask for a call back. Again, if it’s busy that’s fine. But communication is awful. No review on car work, I haven’t gotten my car back because of the above issue. Hopefully soon.

The process was seamless from checking in at the front desk to picking up our vehicle after the repair was completed! Rodney Ferguson was very thorough and a pleasure to work with! He estimated it would take four days to complete the repair and we got our vehicle back on day four!

Great work! My wife’s car was hit in a parking lot, leaving some dents and taking some of the paint down to the metal. Baron Collision Center got me in super quick, just a couple days after the incident. They communicated with me throughout by the process and when my car was finished, it looked as good as new! Thank you so much!

We had extremely poor customer service at Baron's Collision Center. They didn't even start working on the car until 3 days after we dropped it off. We had an appointment! We had to call and call to check on workflow. They told us they couldn't get our key out of the lockbox and that delayed starting by 2 days! Then, they told us on a Friday that it should be done by Monday. No word from them on Monday, so we called on Tuesday and Dan (our assigned service manager) said it was IN LINE to get painted and might be done by Thuesday. So, they had outright lied to us on the previous Friday, saying it would be done by Monday. They hadn't even started on it. They ended up having our car for 2 weeks. Every time we called, we were told Dan was t in or he was at lunch or he was elsewhere. VERY poor customer service. Never an apology once from them, even tho we told them we were quite unhappy. I gave them one star because the scyusl body work was satisfactory. We will never use Baron's again, due to their lack of customer service.

Baron Collision got our Grand Cherokee back looking good as new! They were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Rodney and Tristan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that the process was as easy and seamless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking collision repair.

Superb. Friendly, responsive, upfront and efficient. I am apart of the Kia thefts and I can not be more satisfied with their communication and service. On the off chance I'd ever have to contact a collision center again (knocks on wood), they will certainly be my first call.

I have completed two other surveys (For Baron) our car was in the collision center!. One survey for the work done ., -another for the Service people gave Me. Please do not send me any more surveys It will take away from the 10 out of 10 experience I put on the other surveys. ?
