All I can say is this…I don’t know how he does work. If it’s good or bad or whatever. All I can say is…took my car there TWICE to get an estimate. First time he forgot my car. Second time I was told to call back the following Monday. I was never given an estimate on the spot either time…and I was never called back when I tried making a call the following Monday TWICE. Not only did I waste gas…AND TIME leaving work early to get there before they closed…I didn’t get the respect of John to even call me back. I won’t be doing business there EVER after that! That’s not service! That’s BS!!
