Maybe I’m being too picky but every panel that was supposed to be replaced is still damaged. It took longer than three weeks to do repairs so plan to have another vehicle for a long while. The last scratch has been on my vehicle for three years. Although Briggs charged me to replace this panel, it is clear to me that the panel was never replaced. At Briggs, you are not the customer, your insurance company is.

Tracy, I understand your frustration, but those panels were replaced with new panels and no damage to them. There was no issue when you picked the vehicle up the first time. When you brought the vehicle back after having it for 2 month to install the parts that were on backorder, that damage was there upon drop off. If you have any questions please let us know.
