Amazing results, kept me updated throughout the process, and as promised completed on-time.
Communication with shop was poor, Beth would have been able to help if she was kept informed
Didn’t like bringing the car a week early to sit there with nothing being done. I could have shopped and brought it when you were ready to work on it. It was Christmas time! The work was done and looks like new!

My car was in their collision center for eight weeks to have the EAU’s replaced on the rear bumper. When I picked up the car they had driven it 775 miles during those eight weeks. The fuel was full when I dropped it off and empty when I picked it up. Very disappointing to think you have free use of a customers car without permission. Thankfully I took photos of the dash when I dropped it off

Mar 24, 2024Thankfully we take intake photos of the vehicles ourselves and were able to show the customer where his vehicle had NOT been driven the 775 miles he was accusing us of. His vehicle had a grand total of ONE mile put on it while it was in our custody. Regarding the length of time the vehicle was with us, the customer was clearly informed up front upon drop off that his vehicle is 34 years old, every single part for his vehicle has been discontinued, and we would have to search the country high and low for ANY parts to repair his vehicle. I was able to locate one vendor that had a few used parts that we would be able to recondition once they were shipped to us. Considering the amount of hoops we jumped through to even be able to repair this vehicle, it's pretty safe to say that I was completely blown away that he would then go leave us such a negative review and fill his review with plenty of information that was untrue. After providing all the information to the customer, he was supposed to come by and discuss this with me in person and never showed up. He has since been silent and also hasn't updated his review that was very inaccurate. This just goes to prove that those people that you go way out of your way for are the least appreciative.
These guys have done a great job on multiple vehicles I have had repaired.
