I recently had the misfortune of visiting Bill Sales Mechanic Shop for some repairs on my vehicle, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the services provided by this so-called "professional" establishment. To begin with, the mechanic in charge of my vehicle's repair had no regard for attention to detail. He claimed to have replaced certain parts, but upon further inspection, I discovered that he hadn't actually installed them at all. It was clear that he either lacked the knowledge or simply didn't care enough to properly carry out the job he was entrusted with. But that was not the end of my ordeal. As if the missing parts weren't enough, the mechanic also forgot to secure several bolts, which is a basic step that even an amateur mechanic would know to do. This oversight resulted in my vehicle rattling and shaking uncontrollably as I drove away from the shop. To make matters worse, after just five miles of driving, my transmission completely ceased to function. I would advise potential customers to find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic who takes pride in their work and ensures that their customers' vehicles are safe and properly repaired.
